Hilary Welch-Petrowski
Hilary has a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from Penn State University. She served as Fitness Director of the Vail Racquet Club for two years, and has been an in-home Personal Trainer as well as a trainer at numerous health clubs in the area. She was Manager of The Duquesne Club Health & Fitness Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for 4 years prior to moving to the Valley in 1998.

Steve Gerhardt
Steve is a certified Spin Instructor and Personal Trainer through Mad Dog Athletics. He is also a Personal Fitness Trainer through American Aerobic International & International Sports Medicine Association. Steve competes regularly in running events as well as triathlons. He has a passion for health and helping others achieve their physical fitness goals.
Katie Shepard
Katie is a certified Personal Trainer with The American College of Sports Medicine. She is also an ACA Whitewater Kayak Instructor, and competes regularly in whitewater competitions. She helps clients develop goals and achieve numerous successes.
Hilary Welch-Petrowski
Hilary is a certified Clinical Exercise Specialist with The American College of Sports Medicine. She helps clients identify and achieve their health and fitness goals, and provides a safe, individualized total body conditioning program. Her training expertise is with the elderly, clients with heart disease or at risk of disease, and those recovering from orthopedic injuries.
Lisa Woods
Lisa is a YMCA certified Personal Trainer, an AFAA Primary Instructor, and a Yogafit Level 1 Instructor. She enjoys motivating people to make him or her feel at their best, and encouraging them to work past fears and insecurities.
