BENEFIT: A transformative and restorative no-impact workout that incorporates mat and standing exercises to reshape the body. The class engages major muscle groups isometrically then targets smaller muscles to create a lean, defined, functional physique and peak fitness. Core work and strengthening are integral components of the BeneFit method. This class is for men and women of all fitness levels and is varied weekly to keep it fun and challenging.

CIRCUIT TRAINING: This 45-minute lunchtime workout is focused on learning to use the strength training equipment in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

CORE CONDITIONING: This class incorporates 30 minutes of intense abdominal workout with 30 minutes of fit ball and stability training. Attend this class regularly to get washboard abs!

MUSCLE CONDITIONING: This hour class will pump you up with hand weights, resistance bands, resist-a-balls, and other equipment to tone and sculpt the entire body.

PILATES: Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, while strengthening the deep torso muscles.

SNOWSHOE: Hike the hills and get a cardio as well as a great leg and gluteus workout; use your ski poles to add an arm and shoulder workout. Meet at The Eagle Pool & Ice Rink. Bring your snowshoes, or hike in your boots and enjoy the beautiful outdoors!

SPIN CONDITIONING: This class is fully loaded, one stop shopping for your fitness needs! Enjoy 30 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of muscle conditioning, and 10 minutes of flexibility exercises combined into one intense hour of hard work and fun. Class format will be intervals or full blocks of cardio and muscle conditioning. You will burn a lot of calories, tone your body, and loosen your hamstrings.

SPIN/INDOOR CYCLING: The best low impact cardio workout you can get inside. Indoor Cycling is easy on the joints and keeps the heart rate consistently elevated to improve fitness. Classes are varied and can accommodate all levels, you're in control. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or new to the sport, group cycling classes won't let you down!

SPORTS CONDITIONING: Whether you ski, ride, skate, or snowshoe, this class will prepare you for the upcoming winter season.The class incorporates exercises and drills that increase agility, strength, and stamina. Special attention will be given to core conditioning and overall flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome!

STRETCH & STRENGTHEN: Flexibility training and core strengthening for 30-minutes...You can't beat it!

TAI CHI: A martial art which puts slow motion meditative movement into practice to prepare the body for all natural movement. By relaxing in this divine energy flow, the body responds in a relaxed fashion but with extreme power.

YOGA: Good for the mind, body and soul, this stress-reliever will help improve body awareness and flexibility through the Yoga tradition. Take the class to enhance muscle tone, or to compliment your outdoor activities and regular exercise routine.
Advanced Yoga: A class for those who have been practicing Yoga regularly, and are ready to further challenge themselves. Participants are expected to come consistently as the class will progress towards deeper postures every week.
Beginner Yoga: A class for those who are just starting out in Yoga, as well as those who want to progress at a slower pace.
