CARDIO INTERVAL: Multi-impact aerobics class with intervals of weight training for a total body workout.

BOOT CAMP: A combination of core and stability work, speed drills and kickboxing. Boot Camp can jump start your fitness program or add spice to your current program.

MUSCLE CONDITIONING: This hour class will pump you up! Body sculpting uses hand weights, resistance bands, resist-a-balls, and other equipment to tone and sculpt the entire body. Concentration is on toning all of the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body. A great full-body toning workout.

PILATES: Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, while strengthening the deep torso muscles.

SPINNING/ INDOOR CYCLING: The best low impact cardio workout you can get inside. Indoor Cycling is easy on the joints and keeps the heart rate consistently elevated to improve fitness. Classes are varied and can accommodate all levels, you're in control. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or new to the sport, group cycling classes won't let you down.

YOGA: Good for the mind, body and soul, this stress-reliever will help you gain improved body awareness and flexibility through the Yoga tradition. Take the class to tone your muscles or as a compliment to your normal exercise routine.

INTERMEDIATE YOGA: A class for those who have been practicing Yoga and are ready to take their Yoga practice up a notch. Participants are expected to come consistently as the class will progress towards deeper postures every week.

FIT DANCE FUSION: Inspired by the NIA technique, this class incorporates simple dance steps, freestyle moves, martial arts and Yoga to get you in shape. It promises to deliver cardiovascular, flexibility and muscle conditioning while experiencing the joy of movement! FUN and individual expression will keep your workouts fresh.

CARDIO INTERVAL: A Multi Impact class using the step and/or Bosu and spin bike to get the heart rate up. The cardio portion is varied with intervals of strength training to keep the body lean and mean.
